Do You Work Long or Do You Work Hard?

Seth Godin blogged yesterday, Labor Day, about the difference between working long and working hard. I like what he said.

My reply to Seth: "I, of necessity, do two types of work. I work long to maintain the status quo, then I work hard to beat up the status quo. Thank you for validating my risk-taking hard work. Most people don’t 'get it.' You, Seth, have defined it well."
